• We are all in this together

Partner with us to help more survivors speak their truth

The Speak Your Truth Initiative is a collaborative, virtual, participatory social arts initiative that provides a personal connection to gender-based violence.

During the course of the year, our single artwork in photomosaic form will be populated with thousands of submissions including photographs, video, art and voices of compassion from survivors and their allies.
We are looking for partners to collaborate with including domestic violence shelters, colleges, national and international aid programs and violence prevention programs across the world.

We want to continue to amplify the wisdom and hope that is a result of engaging in our postcard program, provide education and resources about GBV and offer an opportunity for anyone to personally connect with an issue that can often seem overwhelming, in a positive and empowering way.

We are featuring a different issue within the gender-based violence spectrum in the photomosaic each month. Our website will feature news, art and political actions throughout the world and highlight an inspired cross-section of contributors.

I have had the privilege of seeing the strength and resiliency of so many survivors – I am encouraged that leaders, helpers and healers were able to touch on their strength and resilience and witness the transformative power of art to discover insights about themselves. I strongly believe that when we are connected with ourselves, we are much more able to genuinely connect with others. I am still pretty blown away in general with the Traveling Postcards workshops, everyone grows and everyone matters.
